Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 제이알 홀딩스 (JR Holdings) ("the Company") and users (buyers and sellers) in connection with the use of SuCrep ("the Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
1. "Service" means the SuCrep platform operated by the Company and all associated websites, mobile web, and mobile applications.
2. "User" means any member who uses the Service under these Terms.
3. "Buyer" means a member who purchases products through the Service.
4. "Seller" means a business entity or sole proprietor who sells products through the Service.
5. "Product" means goods or services registered and sold on the Service by a Seller.
Article 3 (Status of the Company)
The Company is a mail-order intermediary (통신판매중개자) under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
The Company brokers transactions between Sellers and Buyers and is not the seller of individual products.
Responsibility for manufacturing, quality, safety, delivery, refunds, exchanges, after-sales service, and compliance with applicable law rests in principle with the relevant Seller.
The Company bears responsibility only as a mail-order intermediary, to the extent prescribed by applicable law.
Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms take effect upon posting within the Service.
The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law.
If these Terms are amended, the effective date and reason for the change will be announced in advance.
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
Members must provide accurate information based on fact.
If a member registers false information, uses another person's identity, or falsely registers business information, the Company may restrict registration or suspend use of the Service.
Members are responsible for managing their account and password.
Article 6 (Seller Product Registration)
Sellers register and manage product information directly.
Sellers must warrant the following.
• Accuracy of product information
• Compliance with applicable law
• No infringement of intellectual property rights
• No false or exaggerated advertising
The Company may request corrections or suspend sales of products that violate applicable law or its operating policies.
Article 7 (Pricing and Sales Policy)
Product prices are set directly by the Seller.
The Company does not arbitrarily change prices without the Seller's consent.
Sellers may voluntarily participate in discount events and promotions.
The Company may consult with Sellers on pricing policy to protect consumers and maintain sound transaction practices.
Article 8 (Orders and Payment)
Buyers may purchase products using the payment methods provided in the Service.
Once payment is completed, the order is received and the Seller confirms it and proceeds with delivery.
The Company is a platform that brokers payment and orders and is not a party to the transaction.
Article 9 (Delivery and Refunds)
Delivery is carried out directly by the Seller or through a logistics provider designated by the Seller.
Refunds, exchanges, and after-sales service are handled according to the Seller's policy and applicable law.
In the event of a dispute, the Company may cooperate to the extent necessary to facilitate resolution.
Article 10 (Settlement)
Sales proceeds due to Sellers are paid according to the Company's settlement policy.
The Company may settle with Sellers after deducting service fees, payment processing fees, and similar charges.
Settlement schedules and methods follow the seller admin page or a separate policy.
Article 11 (Seller Obligations)
Sellers must not engage in the following.
• Registering false products
• Selling counterfeit or illegal products
• Infringing trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property of others
• Writing false reviews or engaging in fraudulent transactions
• Violating applicable law
In case of violation, the Company may delete products, suspend sales, or restrict membership.
Article 12 (Buyer Obligations)
Buyers must not engage in the following.
• Placing false orders
• Fraudulent payment
• Interfering with operation of the Service
• Misappropriating others' personal information
• Violating applicable law
Article 13 (Content and Intellectual Property)
Brand names, product images, and detailed descriptions within the Service are the property of each Seller.
Sellers grant the Company a non-exclusive license to use such content for the operation and promotion of the Service.
The Company may not use Seller content beyond the scope of Service promotion.
Article 14 (Overseas Service)
The Company operates the domestic service first and may expand to country-specific services in the future.
Sellers may set whether to sell by country and their pricing policy; some features may be provided through service updates.
Article 15 (Exclusivity and Distribution Policy)
The Company does not require exclusive sales from Sellers.
Sellers may freely sell products on other online platforms and offline channels.
The Company respects Sellers' existing distribution contracts and overseas partner agreements.
Article 16 (Restriction of Service Use)
The Company may restrict use of the Service in the following cases.
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable law
• Infringement of others' rights
• Interference with operation of the Service
Article 17 (Termination)
Sellers may request termination of Service use at any time.
The Company may terminate Service use in the event of a violation of law or these Terms.
Article 18 (Disclaimer)
The Company brokers transactions as a mail-order intermediary.
With respect to transaction disputes arising between Sellers and Buyers, the Company bears responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Company is not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damages arising from force majeure, system failure, Seller fault, or user fault.
Article 19 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes arising from use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
