Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Refund)

Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, buyers may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of receiving the product. Withdrawal may be restricted in cases defined by law, such as where the product's value has significantly decreased.

2. When Withdrawal Is Restricted

• The product is lost or damaged due to the buyer's fault • The product's value has significantly decreased through use or partial consumption • Hygiene products that cannot be resold once opened (within the bounds of law) • Packaging of reproducible goods has been damaged

3. Refund Process

As a marketplace intermediary, SuCrep processes refunds according to the policy of the seller who sold the product and applicable law. Refund requests can be submitted via My Page order history or customer support, and the Company cooperates between seller and buyer to facilitate resolution.

4. Refund Timing and Method

Once withdrawal/return is confirmed, the Company or seller issues a refund within 3 business days in accordance with applicable law, via the original payment method. Some payment methods may require additional processing time.

5. Return/Exchange Costs

For defective or incorrectly shipped products, the seller bears return/exchange costs. For returns due to a change of mind, the buyer bears the costs.
